rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nordangliaeducation.com\/champittet\/news\/2023\/05\/31\/wellbeing-and-mental-strength\" target=\"_blank\">\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u529b\u91cf<\/a>&nbsp;\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e3b\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u652f\u6301\u5b66\u751f\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u5177\u5907\u8bc6\u522b\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u3002\u8003\u8651\u5230\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u9884\u9632\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5e2e\u52a9\u5b66\u751f\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0a\u7f51\u5b89\u5168<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u4f46\u6280\u672f\u548c\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u7ed9\u513f\u7ae5\u548c\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u5341\u6708\u4efd\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\uff0c&nbsp;<strong>\u6211\u4eec\u9080\u8bf7\u4e86\u6c83\u5dde\u8b66\u5bdf\u5c40\u526f\u603b\u7763\u5bdf\u517c\u9884\u9632\u5b98\u5f17\u6717\u7d22\u74e6\u00b7\u5357\u8fb0 (Fran\u00e7ois Nanchen)<\/strong>e\uff0c\u6559\u5bfc\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u5982\u4f55\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u9002\u5ea6\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u6280\u672f\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u514d\u53d7\u7f51\u7edc\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u88ab\u8a89\u4e3a\u745e\u58eb\u6cd5\u8bed\u533a\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f4d\u201c\u7535\u5b50\u8b66\u5bdf\u201d\uff0c<\/strong>&nbsp;\u5f17\u6717\u7d22\u74e6\u00b7\u5357\u8fb0 (Fran\u00e7ois Nanchen) \u4e13\u95e8\u4ece\u4e8b&nbsp;<strong>\u5e2e\u52a9\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u660e\u667a\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u6280\u672f<\/strong>\u3002\u5728\u4ed6\u7684 TikTok \u5e10\u6237 ecop.fran\u00e7ois \u4e0a\u548c&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ecop.francois\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram \u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599<\/a>\uff0c\u4ed6\u7528\u8f7b\u677e\u3001\u8ff7\u4eba\u7684\u8bed\u6c14\u4f20\u8fbe\u6709\u5173\u7f51\u7edc\u5371\u9669\u7684\u4e25\u8083\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u5211\u6cd5\u3001\u53d1\u9001\u81ea\u5df1\u6216\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u88f8\u7167\u6216\u534a\u88f8\u7167\u7247\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3001\u901a\u8fc7\u793e\u4ea4\u7f51\u7edc\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u9a9a\u6270\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u7ebf\u58f0\u8a89\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u8bdd\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u575a\u51b3\u53cd\u5bf9\u6b3a\u51cc\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9632\u6b62\u9a9a\u6270\u548c\u6392\u65a5\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e2d\u5b66\u751f\u89c2\u770b\u4e86\u97f3\u4e50\u5267\u8868\u6f14\u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.associationparlemoi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u5e15\u5c14\u52d2\u8bed\u8a00<\/a>\u201d\u3002\u6f14\u51fa\u901a\u8fc7\u6f14\u8bb2\u548c\u6b4c\u66f2\uff0c\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u6c1b\u56f4\u4e2d\u4f20\u9012\u4e86\u5f3a\u6709\u529b\u7684\u53cd\u9a9a\u6270\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cPar le MOI\u201d\u65e8\u5728\u8d4b\u4e88\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u6743\u529b\u5e76\u4e3a\u9a9a\u6270\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u5e0c\u671b<\/strong>\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u662f\u4e92\u52a8\u95ee\u7b54\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u8282\u76ee\u5411\u5b66\u751f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u8bf8\u5982\u5c0a\u91cd\u81ea\u6211\u548c\u4ed6\u4eba\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u548c\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6210\u4e3a\u66b4\u529b\u6216\u9a9a\u6270\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u8be5\u600e\u4e48\u529e\u7b49\u8bdd\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
