Com bastante regularidade? Bem, voc\u00ea certamente n\u00e3o est\u00e1 sozinho. Dados adicionais da pesquisa do UNICEF com 8.444 jovens de 13 a 29 anos descobriram que 27% experimentavam ansiedade e 15% depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o abordar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade mental do adolescente pode levar a consequ\u00eancias que se estendem at\u00e9 a idade adulta. Quando sentimos que estamos em boa forma, tendemos a nos sentir mais positivos sobre n\u00f3s mesmos e nossas habilidades. O humor, as perspectivas e a auto-estima melhoram. E para os jovens, a auto-estima \u00e9 fundamental para o seu bem-estar, permitindo-lhes lidar melhor com o estresse, a ansiedade e a press\u00e3o, para que desfrutem de melhores relacionamentos sociais, tenham uma vis\u00e3o mais positiva e sejam mais resistentes \u00e0 adversidade.<\/p>\n<p>E isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo! O exerc\u00edcio tamb\u00e9m tem efeitos incr\u00edveis de mudan\u00e7a no c\u00e9rebro. As subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas liberadas durante o exerc\u00edcio, conhecidas como endorfinas, desencadeiam sentimentos positivos que nos fazem sentir mais felizes e energizados, ajudando a aliviar o estresse, a ansiedade e a depress\u00e3o. Em uma \u00e9poca em que os problemas de sa\u00fade mental est\u00e3o aumentando, quanto mais pudermos incentivar as crian\u00e7as a desenvolver h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis de exerc\u00edcios, melhor. Al\u00e9m disso, estudos cient\u00edficos tamb\u00e9m mostraram que o exerc\u00edcio melhora o aprendizado, a mem\u00f3ria, o estado de alerta e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o. Todos eles comem um caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 farto e saud\u00e1vel e est\u00e3o prontos para treinar duro o dia todo ao ar livre na montanha. Um aluno disse: &#039;Se eu acordasse nos dias de aula e fizesse exerc\u00edcios, ficaria mais acordado durante a primeira aula e me concentraria muito melhor.&#039; Ele acertou em cheio.<\/p>\n<p>A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que os jovens n\u00e3o precisam fazer performances de n\u00edvel de atleta de elite para colher os benef\u00edcios; qualquer exerc\u00edcio \u00e9 melhor do que nenhum. Wendy Suzuki, neurocientista e especialista global em neuroplasticidade da Universidade de Nova York, disse: &quot;Mesmo um \u00fanico treino pode ter efeitos cat\u00e1rticos no c\u00e9rebro e na cogni\u00e7\u00e3o&quot;. Vale a pena assistir ela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BHY0FxzoKZE\">Palestra TED<\/a> descobrir mais.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, o que os pais podem fazer para incentivar as crian\u00e7as a serem mais ativas e colherem os benef\u00edcios do exerc\u00edcio? Aqui est\u00e3o algumas ideias para inspirar voc\u00ea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O uso de aplicativos de sa\u00fade para acompanhar as etapas di\u00e1rias pode incentivar e motivar as crian\u00e7as a permanecerem ativas.<\/li>\n<li>Antes da escola, tente fazer 10 minutos de exerc\u00edcios leves com seu filho. Pode ser alongamento ou uma simples rotina de ioga.<\/li>\n<li>Considere caminhar ou andar de bicicleta para a escola se esta for uma op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Incentive as crian\u00e7as a fazer uma pausa de cinco minutos a cada 25 minutos de estudo e a fazer um pouco de movimento, talvez uma caminhada r\u00e1pida, alongamentos ou at\u00e9 saltos de estrelas para crian\u00e7as mais novas.<\/li>\n<li>Tente incentivar seu filho a fazer algumas tarefas!
