Curry?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com mais de 65 nacionalidades \u00e0 mesa, h\u00e1 uma incr\u00edvel variedade de gostos para atender, e a dif\u00edcil tarefa de encontrar comida que entusiasme a todos cabe a uma equipe liderada pela Sra. Sonia Bel-Hadj, gerente do restaurante Aiglon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPode ser dif\u00edcil prever qual ser\u00e1 o popular\u201d, diz a Sra. Bel-Hadj, que admite que uma coisa que sua equipe aprendeu ao longo dos anos \u00e9 realmente diminuir um pouco a variedade. \u201cOuvimos mais e encontramos compromissos. Costum\u00e1vamos sentir que precis\u00e1vamos variar os menus o tempo todo, mas os alunos n\u00e3o se importam com a repeti\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00d3timos ingredientes, servidos de maneiras simples, geralmente s\u00e3o os mais populares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFil\u00e9 mignon com molho morel superou bagel de salm\u00e3o outro dia, o que foi surpreendente. Gostamos de experimentar coisas novas e, se n\u00e3o der certo, tentamos outra coisa.\u201d O favorito su\u00ed\u00e7o, o papet Vaudois (alho-por\u00f3, batata e salsichas), n\u00e3o foi um sucesso, por exemplo. \u201cOs alunos nos disseram que queriam ter mais voz no que comiam\u201d, diz o membro do Conselho Estudantil Kabir (Alpina, 2025). \u201cEnt\u00e3o, coletamos uma lista de 25 dos pratos favoritos e agora, uma vez por semana, os alunos podem votar em qual ser\u00e1 servido. O n\u00famero um \u00e9 frango katsu. Depois, h\u00e1 frango assado, peixe com batata frita, pizza, hamb\u00farguer, peda\u00e7os de frango ou queijo e p\u00e3ezinhos bao. A comida sempre foi boa, mas agora h\u00e1 muito mais entusiasmo em torno dela.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de ser uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o grande, \u00e9 delicada, que deve equilibrar paladares jovens com nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade, bem como considera\u00e7\u00f5es como press\u00e3o de tempo e sustentabilidade. Entregando a essas bocas famintas \u2013 1.000 refei\u00e7\u00f5es por dia, sete dias por semana \u2013 est\u00e1 uma equipe de 17 especialistas, executando uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o com talento, alma e precis\u00e3o militar. \u201cMas \u00e9 muito mais do que alimentar os alunos\u201d, diz a Sra. Existem regras, no entanto: sem chap\u00e9us, sem telefones, sem laptops, sem shorts. Claro, seria mais f\u00e1cil preparar sandu\u00edches, mas achamos que \u00e9 importante em um dia t\u00e3o agitado parar, sentar e comer direito.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de se sentarem, os alunos escolhem uma das tr\u00eas esta\u00e7\u00f5es, para serem servidos com comida tradicional, do mundo ou vegetariana de um menu que eles viram em um aplicativo mais cedo naquele dia. A equipe sabe quais alunos t\u00eam alergias e fica de olho para ajudar os alunos a fazer escolhas saud\u00e1veis. \u201cH\u00e1 uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o pastoral nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, diz o Sr. Croft. \u201cComida e bem-estar est\u00e3o ligados. Essa \u00e9 a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima.\u201d O Sr. Benoit tamb\u00e9m traz treinamento especializado \u2013 em comida paquistanesa, por exemplo \u2013 e fornece uma lista de ingredientes sazonais a cada m\u00eas, a partir dos quais eles criam seus menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TUDO SOBRE A COMIDA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O hor\u00e1rio do jantar \u00e0 noite \u00e9 mais tranquilo, com duas op\u00e7\u00f5es de comida caseira, como torta de carne mo\u00edda ou pizza, e os alunos comendo em grupos de casas. \u201cO jantar \u00e9 muito mais tranquilo\u201d, concorda o Sr. Croft. \u201cAs meninas do Le Cerf podem chegar \u00e0s 18h, e 20 minutos depois outra casa aparece.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO jantar \u00e9 mais como um momento em fam\u00edlia\u201d, diz Kabir. \u201cVoc\u00ea come com seus pais e tutores, ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea pode colocar as coisas em dia, ou conversar com um tutor sobre algo que voc\u00eas t\u00eam em comum, como m\u00fasica. Como \u00e9 sua casa, s\u00e3o idades misturadas, ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea pode pedir ajuda a um aluno do 12\u00ba ano sobre algo que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o quer falar com um professor.
