Abbastanza regolarmente? Beh, di certo non sei solo. Ulteriori dati dal sondaggio dell&#039;UNICEF su 8.444 giovani di et\u00e0 compresa tra 13 e 29 anni, hanno rilevato che 27% soffriva di ansia e 15% depressione.<\/p>\n<p>Non affrontare le condizioni di salute mentale degli adolescenti pu\u00f2 portare a conseguenze che si estendono fino all&#039;et\u00e0 adulta. Ma ci sono una serie di attivit\u00e0 che possiamo fare per aiutare i giovani a migliorare e prendersi cura della loro salute mentale come leggere, fare il bagno, esercizi di respirazione o meditazione e, naturalmente, esercizio.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9871 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-300x197.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-1024x671.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-768x503.jpg 768w, https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-1536x1007.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-2048x1342.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/stage.swisslearning.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Wellbeing-article-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I benefici dell&#039;esercizio sulla salute fisica sono di ampia portata, incluso il miglioramento della forma fisica e della forza, il mantenimento della forma e il mantenimento di un peso stabile. Quando ci sentiamo in buona forma, tendiamo a sentirci pi\u00f9 positivi riguardo a noi stessi e alle nostre capacit\u00e0. L&#039;umore, la prospettiva e l&#039;autostima migliorano. E per i giovani l&#039;autostima \u00e8 la chiave del loro benessere, consentendo loro di affrontare meglio lo stress, l&#039;ansia e la pressione in modo da godere di migliori relazioni sociali, avere una visione pi\u00f9 positiva e essere pi\u00f9 resilienti alle avversit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>E non \u00e8 tutto! Anche l&#039;esercizio fisico ha incredibili effetti che cambiano il cervello. Le sostanze chimiche rilasciate durante l&#039;esercizio, note come endorfine, innescano sentimenti positivi facendoci sentire pi\u00f9 felici ed energizzati, aiutando ad alleviare lo stress, l&#039;ansia e la depressione. In un momento in cui i problemi di salute mentale sono in aumento, pi\u00f9 possiamo incoraggiare i bambini a sviluppare abitudini di esercizio sane, meglio \u00e8. Inoltre, studi scientifici hanno anche dimostrato che l&#039;esercizio migliora l&#039;apprendimento, la memoria, la prontezza e la concentrazione. Tutti mangiano una colazione abbondante e sana e sono pronti ad allenarsi duramente tutto il giorno all&#039;aperto in montagna. Uno studente ha detto: &quot;Se mi svegliassi nei giorni di scuola e facessi esercizio, sarei pi\u00f9 sveglio durante la prima lezione e mi concentrerei molto meglio&quot;. Ha colpito nel segno.<\/p>\n<p>La buona notizia \u00e8 che i giovani non devono mettere in campo prestazioni a livello di atleta d&#039;\u00e9lite per raccogliere i frutti; qualsiasi esercizio \u00e8 meglio di niente. Wendy Suzuki, neuroscienziata ed esperta globale di neuroplasticit\u00e0 presso la New York University, ha affermato: &quot;Anche un singolo allenamento pu\u00f2 avere effetti catartici sul cervello e sulla cognizione&quot;. Vale la pena guardarla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BHY0FxzoKZE\">TED Talk<\/a> scoprire di pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi cosa possono fare i genitori per incoraggiare i bambini a essere pi\u00f9 attivi e raccogliere i benefici dell&#039;esercizio? Ecco alcune idee a cui ispirarti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#039;utilizzo di app per la salute per tenere traccia dei passi quotidiani pu\u00f2 incoraggiare e motivare i bambini a rimanere attivi.<\/li>\n<li>Prima della scuola, prova a spremere in 10 minuti di esercizio leggero con tuo figlio. Potrebbe essere stretching o una semplice routine di yoga.<\/li>\n<li>Considera di andare a scuola a piedi o in bicicletta se questa \u00e8 un&#039;opzione.<\/li>\n<li>Incoraggia i bambini a fare una pausa di cinque minuti dopo ogni 25 minuti di studio e a fare un po&#039; di movimento, magari una camminata veloce, allungamenti o anche salti stellari per i bambini pi\u00f9 piccoli.<\/li>\n<li>Prova a incoraggiare tuo figlio a fare alcune faccende!
