Ecco perch\u00e9 durante i tempi difficili di COVID-19, la direzione della scuola ha investito molte risorse in software, hardware e sviluppo professionale per gli insegnanti per introdurre un&#039;aggiunta a un modello di insegnamento tradizionale chiamato scuola ibrida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Che cos&#039;\u00e8 la scuola ibrida?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hybrid Schooling \u00e8 una combinazione di esperienza in aula tradizionale e consegna di lezioni online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;Institut Montana ha sviluppato Hybrid Schooling anche prima dell&#039;epidemia di pandemia ed \u00e8 riuscito a creare il miglior ambiente di apprendimento a distanza per gli studenti, che devono seguire le lezioni in questo modo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli studenti dell&#039;apprendimento ibrido sono in grado di mantenere il loro normale orario scolastico, comprese le lezioni d&#039;arte e le attivit\u00e0 extra-curriculari. Poich\u00e9 sono ancora virtualmente presenti in classe, devono concentrarsi sui compiti e sullo scambio con l&#039;insegnante e la classe. Questa interazione ibrida aumenta il loro livello di produttivit\u00e0 rispetto all&#039;apprendimento online standard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inoltre, classi di piccole dimensioni di mediamente 10 e massimo 15 studenti consentono agli insegnanti dell&#039;Institut Montana di prestare molta attenzione a ogni singolo studente, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia presente alla classe o che partecipi virtualmente.<\/p>\n<h2>Quando \u00e8 utile la scuola ibrida?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Institut Montana, crediamo che l&#039;Hybrid Schooling sia vantaggioso se utilizzato per:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>studenti che dovrebbero essere in quarantena durante il Coronavirus,<\/li>\n<li>per studenti internazionali provenienti dall&#039;estero, in attesa di visti e permessi,<\/li>\n<li>per le famiglie, che viaggiano molto e desiderano avere con s\u00e9 i propri figli per qualche tempo,<\/li>\n<li>per gli insegnanti, che potrebbero impartire lezioni a distanza da casa, come a volte accade durante l&#039;attuale pandemia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche se uno studente non pu\u00f2 venire in classe, \u00e8 sempre virtualmente presente e pu\u00f2 interagire con i compagni di classe e l&#039;insegnante durante l&#039;intera lezione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;Institut Montana offre anche \u201cGiornate di prova ibride\u201d, che consentono agli studenti interessati di conoscere la facolt\u00e0, eventuali compagni di classe e dare un&#039;occhiata agli accademici da casa, nel caso in cui non possano visitare di persona. Ci\u00f2 consente alla scuola di valutare lo studente, come parte di un nuovo processo di ammissione digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Finora la scuola \u00e8 orgogliosa del feedback positivo dei genitori:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cGrazie per aver organizzato l&#039;Hybrid Trial Day di Anna. \u00c8 &quot;tornata a casa&quot; da scuola molto eccitata ed energica. Come genitori, proviamo grande soddisfazione nel vedere questo amore per l&#039;apprendimento e la partecipazione in nostra figlia. La tecnologia ha funzionato pi\u00f9 agevolmente del previsto per un giorno senza formazione. Penso che l&#039;esperienza dell&#039;intera classe possa essere approssimata da vicino attraverso la configurazione che hai dimostrato oggi. Anna ha anche avuto qualcosa da dire sui suoi compagni di classe con l&#039;entusiasmo di averli conosciuti di persona.&nbsp;<\/em>\u00c8 anche fermamente convinto che registrer\u00e0 la sua voce per \u00a8Stay\u00a8 in Choir<em>\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La piena implementazione della scuola ibrida nella vita scolastica quotidiana ha aiutato l&#039;Institut Montana a garantire la sicurezza di tutti gli studenti e i membri del personale, nonch\u00e9 un apprendimento efficiente fuori dal campus. Sia gli studenti che gli insegnanti si sono rapidamente adattati ai nuovi metodi scolastici e ne beneficiano gi\u00e0 durante le circostanze menzionate.<\/p>\n<h2>Progetti futuri: Hybrid Schooling come ottimo servizio aggiuntivo<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;Institut Montana crede che la scuola nel campus offra i maggiori vantaggi a tutti gli studenti. Non pu\u00f2 essere sostituito, specialmente per gli studenti pi\u00f9 giovani, che hanno bisogno di piena attenzione e stretta interazione umana con i loro insegnanti e amici.<\/p>\n<p>La scuola resta aperta, anche durante le festivit\u00e0 ufficiali, per garantire una seconda casa agli internati che ne hanno bisogno. Al momento le lezioni ibride si tengono regolarmente a causa della quarantena del coronavirus e delle restrizioni sui visti, sia con alcuni studenti che con un insegnante non fisicamente presente in classe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;Institut Montana crede che la scuola ibrida non sostituir\u00e0 mai l&#039;istruzione di persona di cui hanno bisogno gli studenti, cos\u00ec come il suo paradiso appartato di vita sana sullo Zugerberg a 1000 metri sul livello del mare, con l&#039;aria fresca di montagna e la propria acqua di sorgente.
