Cela signifie 75 ans d&#039;histoire d&#039;ici 2024. 75 ans d&#039;exp\u00e9rience Aiglon unique, d\u00e9finie par des fils d&#039;or \u2013 tels que la m\u00e9ditation, le ski et les exp\u00e9ditions \u2013 qui relient des milliers d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e8ves Aiglon, de parents, de membres du personnel et de la communaut\u00e9 au sens large et laissent des impressions durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuellement, acc\u00e9der \u00e0 nos archives historiques donne l\u2019impression de remonter dans le temps. Nous entrons par une porte tr\u00e8s lourde dans notre ancien abri atomique o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roulent les cours de batterie des \u00e9tudiants et o\u00f9 nos archives physiques sont \u00e9galement conserv\u00e9es en lieu s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, une montagne de documents pr\u00e9cieux s\u2019offre \u00e0 nos yeux. Cependant, dans leur forme actuelle, les documents sont encore expos\u00e9s aux intemp\u00e9ries et \u00e0 une multitude de m\u00e9thodes de classement diverses au fil des d\u00e9cennies, et ne peuvent \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par beaucoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est donc avec une grande joie que nous vous annon\u00e7ons que nous avons d\u00e9sormais lanc\u00e9 notre projet d&#039;archives. Un gestionnaire d&#039;archives d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9valuation, \u00e0 l&#039;organisation, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation et \u00e0 l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 notre histoire commune a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 et sera soutenu dans sa d\u00e9marche par plusieurs \u00e9tudiants travaillant sur leur projet Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, Action et Service (CAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cette mani\u00e8re, ce qui est au c\u0153ur d&#039;Aiglon, essentiellement la m\u00e9moire combin\u00e9e des anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves, peut transcender l&#039;\u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re, la finitude du papier, et, une fois captur\u00e9 \u00e9lectroniquement, deviendra \u00ab intemporel \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour garantir le succ\u00e8s du projet, les \u00e9tapes essentielles comprendront\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premi\u00e8rement, la recherche sur les lignes directrices et les meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re d&#039;archivage aupr\u00e8s des principales organisations qui supervisent l&#039;archivage, comme le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.org.uk\/about\">ARA<\/a>, le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/documents\/archives\/archive-principles-and-practice-an-introduction-to-archives-for-non-archivists.pdf\">Archives nationales<\/a>, et le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ica.org\/en\/what-archive\">I CA<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>puis le tri physique de nos archives (qui vont des photographies vintage aux clips vid\u00e9o et r\u00e9flexions \u00e9crites des enseignants\u2026) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la num\u00e9risation en interne des dossiers pertinents \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un logiciel de catalogage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la r\u00e9alisation d&#039;enqu\u00eates pour d\u00e9terminer exactement ce qui est recherch\u00e9 et la meilleure fa\u00e7on de traiter et de pr\u00e9senter ces donn\u00e9es\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dans la continuit\u00e9, en sollicitant des contributions ext\u00e9rieures ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et enfin, mandater un prestataire externe pour faciliter la cr\u00e9ation d&#039;une plateforme en ligne int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au sein de notre site Aiglon afin de donner un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 nos archives immortalis\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rendre nos archives encore plus dynamiques, nous encouragerons les contributions des anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves et nous vous tiendrons inform\u00e9s lorsque cette opportunit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sentera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce processus avoir sem\u00e9 les graines d&#039;une publication et d&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nements tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciaux mettant en valeur et c\u00e9l\u00e9brant les 75 ans de l&#039;Aiglon.
