El evento mostr\u00f3 la diplomacia estudiantil y la conciencia global y permiti\u00f3 que cuatro comit\u00e9s exploraran temas internacionales interesantes. Nuestros estudiantes se divirtieron mucho adquiriendo nuevos conocimientos y estableciendo contactos con delegados de otras escuelas. En LAS, alentamos a nuestros estudiantes a convertirse en ciudadanos globales, y eventos como estos les permiten mejorar su confianza, investigaci\u00f3n y habilidades de networking.\u00a0<br><br>La conferencia cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de participantes de otras escuelas internacionales, como Ecolint, Brillantmont y Haut-Lac, lo que cre\u00f3 una plataforma para que los j\u00f3venes diplom\u00e1ticos participaran en debates fascinantes sobre los problemas que enfrentan las personas en todo el mundo hoy en d\u00eda. Los estudiantes participaron en tres comit\u00e9s de la Asamblea General y del Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas, abordando desaf\u00edos globales complejos.<br><br>La conferencia explor\u00f3 temas diversos y desafiantes, entre ellos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La lucha contra las ideolog\u00edas extremistas en el \u00c1frica subsahariana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detenci\u00f3n de menores y derechos de los ni\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comercializaci\u00f3n del espacio ultraterrestre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descolonizaci\u00f3n: el conflicto en Chipre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"hubspot-author_data\">Akos &#039;25, quien fue presidente del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU, destac\u00f3 la profundidad de los debates en torno a su tema, la lucha contra las ideolog\u00edas extremistas en el \u00c1frica subsahariana. Con 15 pa\u00edses representados, el comit\u00e9 abord\u00f3 debates geopol\u00edticos complejos. &quot;El debate fue muy emocionante&quot;, dijo Akos, &quot;y logramos controlar el flujo y finalmente aprobar una de nuestras resoluciones&quot;.<br><br>Sara &#039;26, quien copresidi\u00f3 el comit\u00e9 de la Asamblea General 3, se centr\u00f3 en el tema de la detenci\u00f3n de menores y los derechos de los ni\u00f1os. A pesar de ser un comit\u00e9 principiante con muchos participantes primerizos en MUN, Sara qued\u00f3 impresionada por el nivel de participaci\u00f3n. &quot;Todos fueron muy proactivos al participar en debates que fueron respetuosos y matizados&quot;.<br><br>La conferencia Modelo de Naciones Unidas de LAS fue una experiencia invaluable para nuestros estudiantes, ya que les ofreci\u00f3 la oportunidad de desarrollar sus habilidades diplom\u00e1ticas y de debate.
